Project Overview

Project Execution
We analyzed every step of the customer journey on their Shopify storefront—from homepage visits to checkout abandonment—to identify friction points and missed opportunities.
We conducted a full CRO (conversion rate optimization) audit including heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics.
We simplified product page layouts to focus on value propositions, reviews, and call-to-action clarity.
We redesigned the checkout flow to reduce unnecessary steps and improve mobile performance.
We implemented upsell and cross-sell modules that aligned with customer behavior and purchase history.
We introduced urgency tactics like low-stock alerts and limited-time offers, tested through A/B experiments.
We refined email capture forms and retargeting flows to recover cart abandoners and boost retention.
Each change was measured in real-time to track impact and inform ongoing refinements.
